The terms that govern your use of our services and the agreements made upon booking.
By booking Aluna Photo Events' services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking & Reservation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit. Aluna reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service fee is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in the service agreement. Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Advance Notice
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required prior to the event date. Bookings made with less than two weeks' notice are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred date.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested at least two weeks in advance will receive a refund of 25% of the deposit paid. Cancellations made after this period will receive a 10% refund of the deposit. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The deposit is otherwise non-refundable under any circumstances.
Date Changes
Requests to change an event date must be submitted in writing with a minimum of three weeks' notice. All date changes are subject to availability based on Aluna's schedule. Aluna cannot guarantee the new requested date will be available.
Service Extensions
Additional service hours may be added on the day of the event, subject to team availability. Extensions are charged at the applicable hourly rate and must be agreed upon on-site before the contracted service period ends.
Venue & Setup Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power supply, and access at the venue for Aluna's setup. For outdoor events, a backup indoor plan is strongly recommended. Aluna reserves the right to decline setup in conditions deemed unsafe or unsuitable for equipment.
Intellectual Property
All images and visual content produced by Aluna remain the intellectual property of Aluna Photo Events. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images from their event. Commercial use requires prior written authorization from Aluna.
Limitation of Liability
Aluna shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In the event of technical failure or force majeure, Aluna's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
Changes to These Terms
Aluna reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
